The Solution - 5 minute ruleThe 5 minute rule is a brain hack to help you to get over the barrier of starting your tasks. Whenever you want to do something but you're just not bothered tell yourself you will just do it for 5 minutes. Set a timer and allow yourself to stop after that but the chances are that you will be in the flow of the task and will continue doing it. I hope you find this technique as helpful as I did.
