The 5 minute productivity rule

Hey friends,

I've talked about the 2 minute productivity rule on this newsletter before but today I want to talk about the 5 minute rule.

The 5 minute rule is if you are going to do a task you don't want to do convince yourself your just going to do it for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes you are aloud to stop but in 99% of cases you will get into it and up doing it for way longer than 5 minutes.

Have a great week!

Conor

My Favourite Things This Week

  1. Scouts - I was out of Scouts for a few weeks so it was nice to go be back and having the craic.
  2. Play - In English we have started reading the Field play and it is somewhat interesting so we'll see how that goes.

Quote of The Week

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
